Changelog: Linked documents & RFP handling

Linked Documents

You can now add linked documents to the platform instead of uploading files. If you have publicly available resources—like security documentation, privacy policies, or integration guides—you can simply link to them. Our platform will automatically fetch and update the content, ensuring your answers always stay current.

This means that when responding to a questionnaire, the platform will pull the latest information from your linked sources. If a document gets updated—like moving from a beta release to a full launch—your responses will reflect the latest version automatically.

Smarter RFP Processing

We’ve improved how the platform handles RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Now, when you upload a customer request, you can specify whether it’s an RFP, RFI, or RFQ. This helps our system tailor the scraping process to extract qualification criteria, project overviews, and other key details more effectively.

Once processed, the platform generates longer-form responses that match the format required by the requester, saving you time and effort.

These updates are designed to streamline how you manage documentation and respond to customer requests. If you have any feedback, we’d love to hear from you!
